Our current portfolio is made up of multi sector property assets across the UK, Germany, Gibraltar, Singapore and the Netherlands. As of August 2010 the total asset value is around €135m.
The asset management of all investment and development properties is carried out in house by our experienced asset management team.
CURRENT PORTFOLIO
United Kingdom - Mixed portfolio of 81 commercial office, residential and retail properties across key London and South East England locations which return an above average yield of around 16% on their acquisition cost. Properties average an occupancy level of 95%.
Germany - Mixed portfolio of 355 commercial, residential and retail properties acquired between 2005-2006 at an above average yield of 10.4%, others were acquired at 6-7%. Average occupancy now at c. 90%.
The Netherlands - A prime traditional property in the heart of Amsterdam which was once featured on the front cover of BA Highlife magazine, now being re-developed into prime luxury apartments. ROI of over 20% pa.
Gibraltar - Mixed use prime portfolio consisting of around 37,000sqft of waterfront commercial office space, over 35,000sqft of waterfront leisure space, 6,500sqft of marina facing retail space, 323 marina berths, a underground and under sea level car parking facility and a number of development projects with a gross development value of around €200m.
